If you send an incomplete entry form or do not send in the test fee with the registration form, your test registration WILL BE REJECTED.  Please help us help you.  Demand is very high for tests as they are limited.  No exceptions will be made.  All membership dues must be current for our chapter (owner and handler) if you are sending in the member registration fee.  Send your annual Willamette Valley membership to the treasurer if you have not already.  Anyone wanting more information or to be placed on the waiting list can contact the test secretary.

Due to such high demand for the tests, we must have a complete entry form and full payment to hold a wait list spot, NO EXCEPTIONS.

As we have a need to limit our entries to allow fair participation, we will be following our chapter by-laws allowing only 3 dogs per handler.

This rule will be lifted 3 weeks prior to our test date and those wishing to run more than 3 dogs can be put on a first come basis wait list if test slots are available.  Please contact the test secretary listed under the CONTACT US link at the top of the page if you have any questions or concerns regarding the test.
